Postcrossing postcard to Singapore mailed 19 August 2010
Hooray! I joined Postcrossing! I am working on my tenth card, and I have already received two cards. I am beginning to think world peace may begin with postcards. We should all think about someone we've never met half-way around the world for a few moments each day, smile, and send them a note. When they find Real Mail in their post box, they will smile as well. Hey, it's worth a try!
Your postcards are totally gorgeous! The top is my favourite. So lovely! Postcrossing is great fun. I stopped about 6 months because my regular mail got too much for me to keep up with Postcrossing, but I do miss the easy pleasure of it. Avant Card is definitely a luxury here. It would be great if something like it could be implemented in the US. It seems to be quite a success here. Thanks for your lovely compliments :)
ReplyDeleteI just received a card from you (trough postcrossing) that you created and it is so beautiful! I do postcrossing for over two years now but I never ever had such a lovely handmade card. In fact, I only had two handmade cards during these years... I love scrapbooking and cardmaking too and I wil become a follower of this blog.
ReplyDeleteHave a lot of fun with creating!
